today it took me nearly 15mins to order mcdonalds lunch. D: not because i was on hold waiting for someone to pick up. but because apparently i have 5 free meals on my so called "account".

which is really weird. actually the whole thing started out as usual. i made the order. afterwhich the lady on the other end asked me if i've collected my free 5 meals. and i was lost for a moment. and i asked her what free 5 meals. and then she put me on hold and went to check.

apparently. the free 5 meal belongs to another colleague who had used to same number to call for delivery. how the whole thing for transferred to my name was beyond me. and the 5 free meals was supposedly in 2007!

we ( me and mcdonalds lady) clarified with my colleague. who cannot remember anything since its been 2 years. and in the end the lady had to cancel my order. put me on hold again. and then retake my orders.

i have never taken so long to get mcdonalds delivery. ever.

and all this while when the rest of the office heard there was free meals. they went chanting for free meals. and we were all "AH! he dont know how to lie for free food" something like that. and the guys were really really really hungry.

so therefore i am a happy girl.

sex sells they say. but should a company resort to using girls in hot pants for advertising purpose? and it's not as though the company is directly linked to anything of that context.

I mean that if the company's traget audience is guys then it's alright. however not every trade has a sole guy audience. some companys have ladies, or families. so does using sex appealing girls work for such cases?

oh wells. apparently some think that it does.

another hour till i'm officially off! then i go have food!

food food food food.

have this craving for sandwiches. subway?

and to think i had this over eating meal last night. like a lot of food. afterwhich i was left feeling bloated. as though my stomach is going to explode.

and now i'm hungry. and wanting food.
